RCN Capital has a busy schedule this October, attending three highly successful mortgage conferences.  We love to use this time on the road to reconnect with existing clients and to meet with new potential RCN brokers and borrowers. NAMB National The first stop on our conference tour is to the NAMB National Conference in Las Vegas on October 14 th through the 16 th. NAMB National is one of the largest conferences bringing together the top mortgage professionals in the U.S. and this year will be no different.  Since NAMB was founded in 1973 the association has affiliated with all 50 states and the District of Columbia.  RCN Capital is once again looking forward to attending the NAMB National Conference in Las Vegas. In addition to sponsoring NAMB National, our Managing Director, Jeff Tesch will also be giving a presentation on “ How to Boost Your Business with Fix & Flip Loans and Private Lending”. The presentation will be held on Sunday, October 15 th at 12:00 PM. National Alliance of Commercial Loan Brokers The second stop brings us to the National Alliance of Commercial Loan Brokers (NACLB) Conference in Kissimmee, Florida on October 17 th through 19 th. The event is being hosted by the Commercial Capital Training Group (CCTG) and Boefly and was created to bring together the growing commercial loan and broker industry for networking and education. In addition to exhibiting at the NACLB Conference Tesch will also be a panelist on the “Commercial Real Estate Lending Panel” discussion on Wednesday, October 18 th at 11:00 AM. Pitbull Hard Money Conference The final stop for RCN in October is for the 44th National Private Lending Pitbull Conference being hosted in Fort Lauderdale, Florida on October 22 nd through 23 rd. In addition to sponsoring the Pitbull Conference Tesch will be giving a presentation on Monday, October 23 rd at 10:05 AM on “ How to Succeed as a Private Lender in the Fix & Flip Space.” Tesch will also be a panelist on the “ Private Lender Forum and Q&A” alongside other talented panelists on Monday at 12:30 PM.
