RCN Capital to Sponsor 3rd Annual Single Family Rental Investment Forum

RCN Capital is thrilled to be a bronze sponsor at the upcoming Single Family Rental Investment Forum. The 3^rd annual event of its kind will be held at the JW Marriott Camelback Inn in Scottsdale, Arizona from December 3^rd to the 5^th. Touted as “a forum for private equity, REIT’s and institutional investors”, it is expected that nearly 1,000 real estate professionals will be in attendance.

In addition to sponsoring and exhibiting, RCN Capital’s Managing Director, Jeffrey Tesch, will be participating in two panels. Day one will feature Tesch as a panelist in the session entitled “Assessing Today’s Bridge & Short-Term Markets”. On the second day, Tesch will serve as the moderator for a discussion on “Fix and Flip Financing… Hard and Soft Money Structures”.
