RCN Capital will host the 2nd Northeast Real Estate Investors’ Networking Forum, a complimentary networking and educational event, on October 23rd, from 6 PM to 9 PM.Attendees will be treated to a light dinner buffet and refreshments at RCN’s 9,000 square foot dining and event complex in South Windsor, CT. The forum will bring together residential and small balance commercial property investors, industry experts and other real estate professionals for a chance to develop new partnerships and learn about new trends in real estate.
In addition, the event will include a keynote address from Daren Blomquist, Vice President of RealtyTrac and nationally recognized industry expert, regarding 3 distinct REO patterns in regional markets. With RealtyTrac since 2001, Daren is responsible for the creation of the company's U.S. foreclosure market and sales reports, which are cited by thousands of media outlets nationwide, including The Wall Street Journal, The NY Times and USA TODAY. He has been quoted in hundreds of national and local publications and has appeared on many national network broadcasts, including CBS, ABC, CNN, CNBC, FOX Business and Bloomberg.
