RCN Capital is Headed to the IMN Single Family Rental Forum (West)

This industry leading conference returns to Arizona for its 10th edition in Scottsdale. It will once again bring together key market participants including REITs, Funds, Aggregators, Fix and Flippers, Note Buyers, Investors, and more for 2.5 days of lively discussion, thoughtful debate and countless networking opportunities. As Single Family Rental investments continue to soar with multi-million securitization deals taking place on a monthly basis, and 16 million homes - i..e. 11.5% of total homes - now being single family rental properties in the United States, there has never been a better time to invest in this growing market.

There will be many talented speakers lending their expertise at sessions throughout the conference, including some of RCN's very own. Our CEO, Jeffrey Tesch, will be featured on a session titled "Financing Overview: What Are You Really Seeing Today" at 9:25 AM on the 5th.

Our Executive Director of Retail Loan Development, Tim Herriage, will also be featured on two panels. The first will be an "Owner's Financing Panel" at 8:30 AM on the 6th. The second, titled "Single Family Investment Performance In A Rising Rate, Cap Rate Compressed Environment" will be at 12:25 PM the same day and cover the profatibility of Single Family Rentals in today's market when compared to other types of investments.
