RCN Capital Hosts The Northeast Real Estate Investors' Networking Forum

RCN_NREINF_AnnounceImage RCN Capital will host The Northeast Real Estate Investors' Networking Forum, a complimentary networking and educational event, on May 8th, from 6 PM to 9 PM. Attendees will be treated to a light dinner buffet and refreshments at RCN's 9,000 square foot dining and event complex in South Windsor. The event will bring together residential and small balance commercial property investors, industry experts and other real estate professionals for a chance to connect, develop new business partnerships and learn about new trends in real estate.

“This is a unique chance to meet other real estate investors and mortgage and other real estate professionals,” said RCN Managing Director Jeff Tesch. “Attendees will have the opportunity to connect with industry peers, develop new business partnerships, meet prospective clients and catch up on key trends and topics in the non-owner occupied residential and small balance commercial markets.”

The event will feature a variety of guest speakers and industry panelists, including Peter M. Gioia, vice president and economist for the Connecticut Business and Industry Association (CBIA), the state's largest business organization with about 10,000 member companies, as well as REO asset managers and realtors and other real estate professionals.
