Thomas manages the Treasury & Capital Markets team. The group is responsible for optimizing liquidity management, executing loan sales, and enhancing operational efficiency. His team is committed to data integrity and adherence to internal guidelines across RCN Capital's diverse loan product spectrum. Thomas works closely with various counterparts both internally and externally with the goal of expanding opportunities for future origination.
Thomas enjoys working with our capital partners to further develop RCN's products and offerings. "Expansion and growth is key and every deal counts", Thomas stated. He also values working in the office and spending time with all of our Charlotte, NC employees!
One major strength that Thomas believes helps him to be great at his job is his ability to "not sweat the small stuff and never take things personally." He always tries to take a step back and evaluate problems holistically. He said, "No process is perfect, but there are always ways to improve and I constantly look for that in every responsibility the group has."
