It's meet the team Monday! Say hi to Samantha Belliveau.
Samantha has been with RCN Capital since December of 2021 as a Lead Development Specialist. Her job consists of reaching out to brokers and investors regarding projects, deal scenarios, and frequently hosting Q&A sessions. She also reviews pricing options and finds the best option for what the client is looking for. Her role helps our Loan Officers get loans through their beginning stages.
Samantha really enjoys communicating with investors and brokers and digging into the numbers on any given loan scenario. Her Bachelor's degree and experience in Social Work has helped her form strong relationships and created the baseline for time management and organization in her daily tasks.
