Sam has been a Loan Officer here at RCN Capital since July of 2020 in our Charlotte, NC office! Sam works with real estate investors to help meet their financing needs. Through detailed loan review and understanding his clients, he is able to secure the most advantageous loan for his borrower partners.
Sam enjoys being an asset for his clients as their trusted source of financing. He finds it exciting to help his borrowers kick start their rental or flip business, and watching it grow over the years as he continues to work with them. He gets a lot of satisfaction in seeing his partners succeed and grow.
Prior to his time at RCN, Sam worked as a multifamily underwriter for two years. This background has given him a unique ability in understanding complex scenarios and properly structuring loan scenarios. Sam excels in customer service, product and market knowledge, and reliability.

What is something you enjoy about your job?
I really enjoy being an asset for my borrowers as their trusted source of financing. It’s exciting for me to help my borrowers kick start their rental or flip business, and seeing it grow over the years working with them. I get a lot of satisfaction seeing my partners succeed and grow.
