Mike has been a Loan Officer at RCN Capital since April, 2022. As an LO at RCN, he's responsible for evaluating loan scenarios, maintaining client communication, and actively prospecting for new business opportunities. He works closely with his loan processor, ensuring proper documentation and compliance. After approval, he collaborates with his loan closer to facilitate the final stages of the loan process. Mike also contributes to various aspects of our lending operations, such as client relationship management and working to improve our internal processes.
Mike finds fulfillment in assisting our clients in realizing their financial aspirations and making a meaningful difference in their lives. His strength in effective communication, attention to detail, and customer relationship building allows him to excel as an LO. He has achieved the top monthly sales member award at RCN 7 times! Mike's meticulous approach to reviewing loan scenarios makes for a smooth process.
