Meet Our Team - Georgette Fletcher

It's Meet the Team Monday! Say hi to Georgette Fletcher, Team Loan Officer at RCN Capital.

Georgette joined the team in December of 2019. As a Team Loan Officer, she's able to work closely with her teammates in our Charlotte office to ensure her clients are satisfied, while also being able to work indecently to close and prospect deals of her own. She finds joy in her day-to-day job functions by building strong and long-lasting relationships with her clients.

There are many strengths that allow Georgette to excel in her role. She is a people person and enjoys chatting with her clients to learn more about their goals. Being well-traveled and multi-faceted allows her to connect with people easily and put herself in their shoes when discussing a potential deal. Her education and detail oriented mindset ensure every loan is done quickly and correctly.
