Meet Our Team - Derrick Villard

It's Meet the Team Monday! Say hello to Derrick Villard.

Derrick is a Lead Development Specialist and joined the RCN Capital team in June of 2023. His role on the LDS team consists of reviewing the initial deal proposals in order to provide brokers and investors with preliminary pricing estimates, making connections with potential clients, and vetting the value of their deals for a smooth process. Derrick is one of the first people you may meet when getting into business with RCN!

The comradery of the LDS team is one of his favorite parts of the job. As a team player, having a great group around him makes his day brighter. Derrick's strengths of being personable and having strong communication skills make him stand out at RCN, creating deep connections with clients and working seamlessly with coworkers from every department.
