How would you describe your role?
I'm a Loan Originator - I help the company by identifying and capturing qualified investor opportunities for residential investment properties.
What is something you enjoy about your job?
The constant communication with potential investors.
What are some of your strengths that help you to be good at your job?
Data Analysis (which allows me to intake vast information and understand the literature in order to process efficient turnaround time) and being bilingual (being fluent in Spanish allows me to enter a market with more opportunity to communicate in either English or Spanish).
