It's Meet the Team Monday! Say hello to Austin Pallone.
Austin has been at RCN Capital since May of 2022. He started off as a Lead Development Specialist, then became a Team Loan Officer, and was recently promoted to Loan Officer! As an LO, Austin communicates with direct investors, brokers, and correspondent lenders to help them achieve their financial goals. His strong communication skills and ability to build relationships with clients makes him great at his job. When you email Austin, you know you'll hear back as soon as possible.
Austin loves the group of people he works with every day and loves the team atmosphere that has been built here at RCN. Having teammates around him to go to with questions and concerns is something he loves about his job, and notes that it helped him to continue to grow and learn.
