It's meet the team Monday! Say hi to Andy Bates.
Andy joined the RCN team in Quarter 1 of 2022 as a Jr. Business Development Coordinator. Our Business Development team sits at the intersection of Marketing and Sales. Andy would describe his role as strategizing the implementation of deliverables and assets set to enrich clients and partners alike, as well as the development of those lasting relationships.
Andy enjoys the merger of client services and creative problem solving. He loves that he gets to bounce between short-form tasks in a partner-facing role and larger projects which challenge him creatively in both application and approach.
While Andy considers strong communication skills, writing and oration essential for his role, he believes his ability to put himself in the shoes of our partners and clients is his greatest strength in his role. This allows him to keep in mind multiple perspectives and focus on problem-solving for all parties involved.
