Meet Our Team - Andrew Husson

It's Meet the Team Monday! Say hello to Andrew Husson, Sr. Loan Officer!

Andrew joined the RCN Capital team in November of 2020, joining our growing Los Angeles, CA team. Now, he works in our Charlotte, NC office after moving across the country!  As a Senior Loan Officer, Andrew is responsible for identifying new, viable leads for asset-based real estate loans across the country. He works directly with brokers and borrowers to establish their needs, identify a program that fits those needs, and take steps to qualify the loan and shepherd it through the closing process. Additionally, he assists in company operational improvement projects as needed to help optimize efficiency within the originations department and the company as a whole.

Andrew's detail-oriented nature has made him a go-to person at RCN Capital when it comes to understanding every facet of our guidelines as they update, and making sure every step in the loan process is properly documented. His willingness to step into this role helps our whole team avoid unnecessary delays and miscommunications.

His favorite thing about the job? The people he works with everyday! Andrew is a team-player and makes a big difference in the day-to-day efficiency at RCN. We're incredibly lucky to have him!
