There will be many talented speakers lending their expertise at sessions throughout the expo, and that includes some of RCN Capital's very own. Our CEO, Jeffrey Tesch, will be moderating a panel session on "The State of Private Lending" at 1:20 PM the day of the event. This session will provide attendees with tips on navigating industry turbulence as well as expert insight for future success in real estate lending.
RCN Loan Officer, Tommy Kaye, will be featured on two panel sessions. The first will be a Loan Program Discussion Panel at 4:40 PM, which will cover the new and creative financing programs now available nationwide from private and hard money lenders. Tommy will also be featured at a unique Q&A Session at 7:00 PM, where you can ask questions directly to private lenders actively deploying capital nationwide.
Loan Officer Ben Molinari will also be featured on a panel discussing Commercial Real Estate Bridge Loans at 5:30 PM. The session will cover the basics of bridge loans, how they work, and how you can benefit from using one in your next real estate deal. These sessions are going to be filled with useful info that can help you further your real estate ambitions. You will not want to miss them!
