What’s been your experience working with RCN overall?

Overall, working with RCN has been a rewarding partnership. Their consistency, reliability, and willingness to adapt to each borrower’s needs make them an invaluable resource. They truly feel like an extension of my business rather than just a lending partner.

How did you get into the brokerage industry? Was there someone who inspired or encouraged you to become a broker?

I started as a real estate investor and quickly realized how many deals fell apart because borrowers didn’t understand or know about their financing options. That inspired me to create a brokerage that could bridge the gap providing clarity, honesty, and advocacy. My drive came not from a single person, but from witnessing how underserved many investors, especially in the Hispanic community, truly were.

What’s the best piece of advice you can give to a broker looking to achieve more in the industry?

Always put your client’s success first. If you focus on helping your clients achieve their goals, your own growth will follow naturally. Build relationships, stay disciplined, and never stop learning the industry is constantly evolving, and so should you.

Have Amplify training courses helped you close more loans with RCN Capital?

Yes, the Amplify training courses have been a tremendous help. They’ve sharpened my knowledge, given me new tools, and allowed me to better communicate RCN’s value to clients. That combination has directly contributed to closing more loans successfully.

How has your Loan Officer been instrumental in helping you achieve this recognition this month?

My Loan Officer has been a true partner—responsive, solution-oriented, and dedicated. Having someone who understands both the borrower’s perspective and the lender’s process makes all the difference. Dana and her team (Carolann, Grace, Natalie, etc) are amazing to work with. Their support has allowed me to deliver a seamless experience to my clients.

What motivates you to continue to be successful?

My brother Pablo and our clients. We are partners in our brokerage, his drive inspires me every day. What drives us both is seeing our clients succeed whether that’s acquiring their first investment property, growing their portfolio, or realizing financial independence. Their wins fuel us to push harder and continue improving what we do every day. Our client’s success  is our success it is a symbiotic relationship. 

What do you enjoy most about working in the industry?

I enjoy helping people achieve what they once thought was out of reach. Real estate and lending can be overwhelming, but with the right guidance, it becomes empowering. Watching clients gain confidence and achieve financial freedom is incredibly rewarding.

What strategies do you use to stay productive and efficient?

Discipline and organization are key. I set clear goals, stay on top of market trends, and use systems to streamline my workflow. Most importantly, I stay client-focused reminding myself daily that every effort I put in has the potential to change someone’s financial future for the better.
