What’s been your experience working with RCN overall?
I’ve had the pleasure of working with RCN Capital for several years now, and they’ve truly become my go to lender. The team is amazing. Efficient, responsive and always willing to go the extra mile to make the process seamless. They make my job so much easier, and I know I can always count on them to deliver. That’s why I continue to go back time and time again.
How did you get into the brokerage industry? Was there someone who inspired or encouraged you to become a broker?
My dad inspired me to pursue this career. He was a lawyer who worked on real estate transactions and when I helped him during my high school years, I realized how much I loved the industry. That early experience set the foundation for my lifelong passion for real estate.
What’s the best advice you can give to a broker looking to achieve more in the industry?
My best advice for any broker looking to achieve more in this industry is simple…just keep going. You might hear a lot of “NO’S” before you start hearing “YES” but being persistent always pays off. Stay positive, stay honest, and always communicate openly with your clients from start to finish. The good and the not so good. Integrity and consistency build trust, and that trust is what leads to long term success.
How has your Loan Officer been instrumental in helping you achieve this recognition this month?
Sam Duda has been absolutely instrumental in my success with RCN Capital. His professionalism, communication, and dedication to getting each loan across the finish line are unmatched. He’s knowledgeable, detail oriented, and always goes above and beyond to make sure everything runs smoothly. I truly couldn’t ask for a better LO. Sam is a rock star at what he does and I'm so grateful for his support.
How would you describe the service you provide your clients?
I pride myself on providing a high level of service built on honesty, communication, and care. My clients know that I’m with them every step of the way—from the first conversation to closing and beyond. I make it a point to be transparent, responsive, and to truly listen to their goals so I can help them find the best possible solutions. My goal is always to make the process smooth, stress free, and successful.
What motivates you to continue to be successful?
What motivates me most are my kids and grandkids. Everything I do is for them—to set an example, to build something meaningful, and to create a legacy they can be proud of. They inspire me to keep pushing forward, to work hard, and to never stop growing both personally and professionally.
What do you enjoy most about working in the industry?
What I enjoy most about working in this industry is seeing my clients dreams come to life. Many of the investors I work with have a clear vision for what they want to create and being part of that process that helps turn that vision into reality is incredibly rewarding. Watching their hard work and goals come together never gets olds. It’s truly the best part of what I do.
What strategies do you use to stay productive and efficient?
One of my key strategies for staying productive and efficient is consistency. I’m a bit old school every person I speak with goes into my database. That personal touch helps me stay organized and maintain long term relationships. I send out Flyers & Postcards about any promotions or rate drops. I also maintain relationships by sending out birthday & holiday cards to stay in front of them. At the same time, I’m always learning and keeping up with the new trends in the industry so I can continue to grow and improve. Blending traditional methods with continuous learning keeps me productive and relevant.
