By acting as a consistent, reliable and efficient partner, Adlai looks to help investors to capitalize on each investment opportunity they find. Adlai brings more than 15 years of experience in the lending industry to RCN Capital, spanning multiple roles, from production to Sales Management, both in “front end” and “back end” production. In previous roles, Adlai mastered (and taught) guidelines in an ever-changing regulatory environment, and also identified and implemented solutions to eliminate various roadblocks in the loan process. That prior experience in problem solving translates very well in the commercial lending space.
