Every once in a while, we like to highlight a member of RCN Capital's team so you can get to know us better. This week, we would like to introduce you to our Senior Graphic Designer, Rob Kavaler. Rob enjoys the wide range of projects he gets to work on and bringing our advertisements and graphics to the next level. He enjoys the challenge of learning new techniques with each project he completes. Using his creativity and thinking outside the box is a skill that makes Rob a huge asset to our team, from the smallest detail to the final product.

Senior Graphic Designer
When did you join the RCN team?
March of 2018
How would you describe your role?
I'm responsible for the creation of RCN Capital's creative assets including publication ads, web graphics, trade show signage, print collateral, logo identity, photography and other design projects as necessary.
What is something you enjoy about your job?
I love the wide range of projects I get to work on with RCN and that we are always trying to push forward creatively and bring our advertisements to the next level. I love that I get to challenge myself and learn new techniques with each new ad I create.
What are some of your strengths that help you to be good at your job?
I am very creative and am always trying to think outside the box which helps the team both in brainstorming fun concepts and copy. In addition I pay close attention to even the small details when I design. I am always happy to help other team members
